Copyrights

The copyrights of the netlabels music remain with the artists. You are allowed to download, copy, share, play and broadcast their music. That means you can play their music at clubs or other paid DJ appearances like on the radio or internetradio.

It is forbidden however to edit, change, or remix their music without their express written permission. It is equally forbidden to sell or release their music on any media without their express written permission. Any other commercial use of their music (TV, advertisements, film etc.) is also expressly forbidden without their written permission. But Elektriksheep artists are always open to see their music associated with interesting projects, so don't hesitate to contact the netlabel as their copyright representative if you happen to like a particular piece or all.

The netlabel does not accept any responsibility for the contents provided by the artist, which includes the use of licensed or unauthorized samples, loops and other material that is not part of his intellectual property.
